What you'll actually see
This is a real example report, not a mockup of made-up numbers, styled exactly like the one your store will get. Here's what each part means.
Scan report
Reading the score
The ring and letter grade in the top right are your overall score, a B+ here, calculated from how many weighted issues turned up against how many products were actually checked. The caption underneath shows exactly how many products that grade is based on, so it's never a guess from a handful of pages.
The three numbers
Content gaps are the high-impact issues, missing descriptions, missing brand names, the things most likely to cost you a sale. Spelling flaws are medium impact, real problems, but less likely to be the reason someone leaves. Total found is just the sum of both, so you can see the full scope at a glance before digging into specifics.
The fix list
Below the summary, each specific issue is listed with enough detail to actually act on it, which product, what's wrong, and why it was flagged. On a real scan this list continues for every issue found, and Premium accounts can export the full list as a PDF or a formatted Excel workbook to hand off or track against.
The Excel export
Premium's Excel export isn't a raw data dump, it's laid out like a report a human auditor would actually hand a client: a summary tab with your grade and totals, then an issue log with a color-coded severity column, a clickable link straight to each product, and a status column you can check off as you fix things.
