Terms of Service

Last updated September 2026.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PagePolisher. By using PagePolisher, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.Using PagePolisher

PagePolisher lets you scan a storefront URL that you enter, and reports possible content issues such as missing descriptions, inconsistent branding, or spelling errors. You may only submit URLs for websites you own or have permission to scan. Do not use PagePolisher to scan a website without authorization from its owner.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is older, to create an account or use PagePolisher. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into these terms, including any Premium subscription billed through Stripe.

3.Accounts

You need an account to run a scan. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

4.What the scan does

A scan visits a limited number of pages on the URL you provide and uses automated analysis, including artificial intelligence, to judge content quality. Results are provided as guidance only and may not be complete or fully accurate. You should verify any findings before making business decisions based on them.

5.Premium subscriptions and billing

Premium is a paid monthly subscription billed through Stripe, currently $49 a month. New subscriptions that have not used this discount before get 30% off their first month automatically, your card is charged the discounted amount immediately at signup. Every month after that, including the second month, bills at the full price. This discount applies once per account.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel or resume your subscription at any time from your Account page. Canceling stops future billing but takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you keep Premium access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6.Fair use

Free scans are limited in size and frequency to keep the service available for everyone. We may limit, delay, or block scans that we believe are abusive or automated in a way that harms the service.

7.No warranty

PagePolisher is provided as is, without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that scans will be uninterrupted, error free, or that results will be accurate or complete. Scan results, including any AI-generated suggestions, are guidance only, not professional, legal, marketing, or accessibility advice, and we do not guarantee any specific business outcome, including increased sales or conversions, from acting on them.

8.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PagePolisher and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

9.Your responsibility and indemnification

You are solely responsible for the URLs you submit and for having the right to scan them. You agree to indemnify and hold PagePolisher and its operators harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your submission of a URL you did not have authorization to scan.

10.Service availability

PagePolisher depends on third-party infrastructure and services we do not control, including hosting providers and an AI provider used to analyze page content. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or errors caused by those third parties, and we may suspend or modify the service, in whole or in part, at any time.

11.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PagePolisher at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or misused the service. You may stop using PagePolisher and delete your account at any time from your Account page.
